Welcome to Aradah (“Aradah Atelier”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website www.aradah.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. By using our Site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Company Overview

Aradah is a UAE-based online boutique offering custom and ready-made abayas, dresses, and sheilas. All pieces are produced with premium craftsmanship, using customer-provided measurements for custom orders.

2. Eligibility & User Obligations

  • You are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a legal guardian.
  • You will not use our Site for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activity.
  • All personal and order-related information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Products and Custom Orders

  • All garments are crafted from high-quality, hand-selected fabrics. In rare cases of fabric unavailability, Aradah may substitute with a closely matched premium alternative of the same composition and aesthetic.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, stitching, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
  • Custom orders are produced based on the measurements and instructions you provide. Aradah is not responsible for inaccurate submissions.
  • Please verify the measurement units (inches or centimeters) on the product page before submitting.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing if caused by customer input.

4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
  • Where applicable, VAT is included.
  • Foreign currency payments may be accepted, subject to your bank/provider’s real-time exchange rates.
  • Prices may change without prior notice; confirmed orders are not affected.

5. Payments

  • Website orders: Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, and other Shopify-supported gateways.
  • WhatsApp/Instagram orders: Bank transfer only.

All payments are processed securely. Aradah does not store or have access to your payment details.

6. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Custom Orders: 12–14 business days for production
  • Ready-Made Orders: Dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • UAE Delivery: Handled exclusively via Quiqup
  • International Orders: Accepted upon request; time and cost vary by destination
  • Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and clearance fees

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or force majeure events.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

7.1 Ready-Made Items

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

7.2 Custom Orders

  • Final sale and non-returnable unless defective and approved by our team.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 2 calendar days of delivery with clear photo evidence. Approval is at our sole discretion.

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, used, washed, customer-damaged, or altered outside our atelier
  • Damage not reported immediately upon delivery with photos of packaging, label, and item

7.4 Alterations

  • Post-delivery alterations are available at an extra cost; customer covers all alteration and shipping fees.

7.5 Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled if production or shipping has started.

8. Allergy Disclaimer

  • Though we use skin-safe ingredients, customers with sensitivities should review ingredients and perform a patch test.
  • Select pieces may be lightly fragranced prior to dispatch (finishing standards).
  • Individual sensitivities vary; Aradah is not responsible for reactions to fragrance, fabric finishes, or packaging materials.
  • Requests: For fragrance-free packing, notify us before shipping at orders@aradah.com.
  • Care on receipt: If sensitive, allow the garment to air before first wear. Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation occurs.

9. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We may cancel any order found to exploit discount misuse, coupon stacking, or pricing errors.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including product images, designs, text, branding, and logos—is the property of Aradah Atelier and protected under UAE and international IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any materials without prior written permission.

11. Product Care Disclaimer

Care for garments and accessories as per website instructions or attached care labels. Aradah is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, ironing, storage, or misuse.

12. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Our website may include features powered by third parties (e.g., Shopify, Tabby, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). These services have independent privacy and operating policies. Aradah Atelier is not liable for data handling, outages, or errors caused by third-party tools.

13. Force Majeure

Aradah Atelier will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, shipping disruptions, customs delays, or governmental actions.

14. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve concerns fairly and professionally. In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, the matter will be governed by UAE law and handled within UAE jurisdiction.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • Aradah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • You are solely responsible for accurate measurements, safe product use, and reviewing care instructions.
  • We are not liable for actions or delays caused by third-party platforms, couriers, or your own error.
