Refund policy


At Aradah, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade garments, fragrances, and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist—while ensuring our policies are fair and clearly outlined for both parties.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Ready-made items: May be returned within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Custom-made items: Returns are accepted only with a valid reason (e.g., incorrect sizing based on submitted measurements or a product defect) and require prior approval. The request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
  • Fragrance mists & accessories: Non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged during delivery.
  • Final Sale items: Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance/promotional events are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via email at orders@aradah.com or WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear supporting photos if defective or damaged.
  • Once reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.

Important: All returns must be arranged through our partnered courier. Returns via other couriers without approval will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Aradah is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments; tracking details will be provided once arranged.

3. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the item, you will receive an email confirming acceptance (if approved).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
  • Note: Banking/payment gateway times may vary; Aradah does not control how quickly amounts reflect in your account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges & Alterations

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order.
  • Post-delivery alterations for custom pieces are available at an additional cost, with customers covering both-way shipping fees.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

6. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping fees.
  • Aradah does not reimburse import/export charges.

7. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Items show signs of wear, use, washing, or alterations.
  • Items are returned beyond the 2-day window.
  • Returns are made without an order number or prior approval (for custom orders).
  • Items are returned without original packaging and tags.
  • Items are returned via couriers not arranged by Aradah.

8. Policy Misuse

Aradah reserves the right to refuse service, returns, or future transactions to customers who are found to be repeatedly misusing the returns and refunds policy.

Every return is handled with care and discretion — reflecting the standards of our atelier.
