Orders And Tailoring
Aradah offers made-to-measure garments as part of our core philosophy. Custom sizing can be entered directly on each product page. We encourage careful attention to the unit of measurement noted in each form.
Each custom piece requires approximately 12 to 14 working days for production before dispatch. Ready-made designs ship more quickly. Should alterations be needed after delivery, they are available upon request for an additional charge. All shipping for alterations is handled by the client.
Shipping
We deliver throughout the UAE via Quiqup, and internationally upon request. Delivery timelines are as follows:
- Ready-made pieces (UAE): 1–3 working days
- Custom pieces: 12–14 working days for crafting, then dispatch
- International orders: 5–7 days post-dispatch, excluding customs clearance
International duties or taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns And Exchange
We accept returns on ready-made items within 2 days of delivery. Custom orders are crafted exclusively per client and are non-returnable, unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
Return shipping is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise advised by our team. Approved returns must be received unworn, in original condition.
Payment And Support
We accept secure payments through our website, including major cards and Tabby. Orders placed through WhatsApp or Instagram can be completed via direct bank transfer.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
