1. Company Overview

Aradah is a UAE-based online store offering custom and ready-made abayas, dresses, and sheilas. 

2. Eligibility & User Obligations

• You are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a legal guardian.
• You will not use our Site for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activity.
• All personal and order-related information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Products and Custom Orders

• All abayas are crafted from high-quality, hand-selected fabrics. In rare cases of fabric unavailability, Aradah reserves the right to substitute with a closely matched premium alternative of the same composition and aesthetic.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, stitching, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.
• Custom orders are made based on the exact measurements and instructions you provide. Aradah is not responsible for inaccurate submissions.
• Please verify the measurement units (inches or centimeters) listed on product pages before submitting.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing if caused by customer input.

4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Where applicable, VAT is included. Foreign currency payments may be accepted, subject to real-time exchange rates via your bank or provider. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders confirmed before the change are not affected.

5. Payments

• Website orders: Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, and other Shopify-supported gateways.
• WhatsApp/Instagram orders: Bank transfer & Payment links only.
All payments are processed securely. Aradah does not store or have access to your payment details.

8. Allergy Disclaimer

Though we use skin-safe ingredients, Aradah is not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers with sensitivities should review ingredients carefully and perform a patch test. Requests for fragrance-free packing can be made at orders@aradah.com.

9. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time. We may cancel any order found to exploit discount misuse, coupon stacking, or pricing errors.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including product images, designs, text, branding, and logos—is the property of Aradah Atelier and is protected under UAE and international IP laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. Product Care Disclaimer

All abayas must be cared for as per instructions provided. Aradah is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, ironing, storage, or misuse of any product.

12. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Our website may include features powered by third parties (e.g., Shopify, Tabby, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). These services have independent privacy and operating policies. Aradah Atelier is not liable for data handling, outages, or errors caused by such third-party tools.

13. Force Majeure

Aradah Atelier will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, shipping disruptions, customs delays, or governmental actions.

14. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all concerns in a fair and professional manner. In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated in accordance with UAE laws and handled within Abu Dhabi courts.

15. Limitation of Liability

• Aradah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring accurate measurements, safe product use, and reviewing care instructions.
• We are not liable for any actions or delays caused by third-party platforms, couriers, or your own error.
