Returns And Refunds Policy

At Aradah, we take pride in the quality of our abayas. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist—while ensuring our policies are fair and clearly outlined for both parties.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Ready-made items: May be returned within 1 day of delivery only if the product if found defected upon receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Custom-made items: Returns are only accepted with a valid reason (e.g., incorrect sizing based on the submitted measurements or a product defect) and require prior approval. The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Final Sale items: Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance/promotional events are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us via email at orders@aradah.com or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Your message must include your confirmed order number, the reason for return, and clear supporting photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  • Once reviewed, and if approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • All returns must be arranged through our partnered shipping courier. Returns sent through any other courier without approval will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Aradah is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments. You will receive tracking details once the courier is arranged.

3. Refunds

  • All sales are final. Aradah does not offer refunds. 

  • Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed and cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges & Alterations

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order.
  • Post-delivery alterations for custom-made pieces are available at an additional cost of AED150, with the customer responsible for both-way shipping fees.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production or processing begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

6. International Orders

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Each order is confirmed immediately and moves into processing or production shortly after.

7. Policy Misuse

  • Aradah reserves the right to refuse service or future transactions to customers who are found to be repeatedly misusing the returns and refunds policy.
