This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Aradah ("Aradah Atelier", "we", "our", or "us") delivers products purchased through [www.aradah.com] (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. We reserve the right to modify this policy without prior notice.

1. Shipping Methods

1.1 United Arab Emirates (UAE)

All UAE orders are delivered exclusively via Quiqup, our official logistics partner.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

2.1 Custom Orders

• Production time: 12–20 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Delivery is initiated once production is complete. Delivery usually takes from 1-3 days, depending on the area.

2.2 Ready-Made Orders

• Dispatched within 2–7 business days from confirmation
• Typical UAE delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days

3. Delivery Attempts & Conditions

Quiqup will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout.
• If you are unavailable, Quiqup may contact you to reschedule.
• Failure to accept delivery or respond may result in return-to-sender status and additional charges.
• We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address details. Please review all shipping information before placing your order.

4. Shipping Fees

• UAE delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
• Aradah does not offer free shipping unless stated in a promotion.
• If an item is returned due to a missed delivery or incorrect address, redelivery will incur an additional charge.

5. Signature Upon Delivery

• A signature may be required upon delivery.
• If no one is available to sign, redelivery will be attempted. Repeated failure to accept delivery may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Split Shipments

• In rare cases, orders may be split into multiple deliveries (e.g., combining ready-made and custom items).
• You will be informed in advance. Each shipment will have its own tracking reference.

7. International Shipping

• We offer international delivery to selected countries.
• If your country is not listed at checkout, contact info@aradah.com or WhatsApp us to request access.
• International shipping takes approximately 5–8 business days post-dispatch.
• Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, VAT, and import clearance fees in their destination country.
• Aradah is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party courier partners.
• We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders due to customs refusal or failure to accept delivery.

8. No Rerouting After Dispatch

• Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
• Ensure all shipping and contact information is accurate at checkout.

9. Unclaimed or Rejected Deliveries

• If a package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts and the customer does not respond within 3 business days, the order will be deemed abandoned, and no refund or redelivery will be issued.

10. UAE Delivery Coverage

• We deliver across major UAE cities and regions.
• If your area is outside Quiqup’s service coverage, we may offer alternative shipping at additional cost.
• You will be notified before dispatch if this applies.

11. Delivery Confirmation & Proof of Receipt

• Once marked “delivered” by Quiqup, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or misplaced packages after delivery is confirmed.
• Any claims must be submitted immediately upon delivery, with photo evidence of the issue. Late claims may not be accepted.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including:
• Weather disruptions, natural disasters
• Strikes or courier issues
• Customs or political disruptions
• Road closures, accidents
• Border or pandemic-related restrictions

13. Non-Serviceable Areas

We reserve the right to cancel any order from locations not serviced by Quiqup or our international partners. Please contact us before placing an order if you're unsure about your location’s eligibility.

14. Temporary or Non-Permanent Addresses

• We strongly advise against shipping to hotels, shared accommodations, or temporary addresses.
• If you choose to do so, Aradah is not responsible for loss, misdelivery, or rejection by the receiving location.

15. Order Verification

• For your protection, we may contact you to verify your identity, address, or order details before dispatch.
• Aradah reserves the right to delay or cancel any suspicious or unverifiable orders.

16. Packaging Disclaimer

• We take great care in packaging all items. However, minor scuffs, dents, or wear to packaging during transit may occur and are not considered defects.
• Branded boxes, ribbons, or bags are not replaced for cosmetic shipping damage.

17. Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items

• Items labeled “pre-order” or “made-to-order” follow the stated timeline on the product page.
• These items cannot be cancelled or expedited once confirmed.

18. Return Shipping Responsibility

• If a return is approved (e.g., in the case of damaged or defective items), the customer is responsible for securely packaging the item and paying for return shipping unless otherwise stated in writing.
